Why 41Stack

Why teams hire us

A small, senior team that ships working software and stays around to run it. Here's what working with us actually gets you.

We run what we build

We don't only take client work — we ship and operate our own live SaaS products. You're hiring a team that has to live with its own decisions in production.

A written scope and a real price

Before we write production code you get what we'll ship, when, and what it costs. If scope changes, we tell you what that costs before we do it.

Competitive offshore rates

Pakistan-based, so you get senior full-stack work at a fraction of UK or US agency rates — without dropping to junior quality.

Timezone overlap and clear English

Several hours of daily overlap with UK and EU working hours, and fluent English — close enough to feel like an in-house team.

We ship small and often

A short cycle from scope to a first useful version. You use it, we adjust. No quarter-long black boxes and no big-bang launch day.

No lock-in

You own the code, the data, and the infrastructure. We can keep running it, or hand it over clean and documented. Your call, not ours.

Products we've built and run

We don't only take client work — we build, launch, and operate our own software. Here's proof we can ship a real product and keep it running, not just demo one.

Questions

Got a different question? Email us.

What kind of software do you build?

Custom web applications, SaaS products, mobile apps, APIs and third-party integrations, e-commerce and marketplace automation, and rescue work on existing systems. In practice most projects are one of three things: the internal system a business runs on, a product it sells to its own customers, or the integration layer that connects what it already uses.

What does it cost to work with 41Stack?

Because we're based in Pakistan, you get senior full-stack work at a fraction of typical UK or US agency rates, without a drop in quality. Pricing depends on scope — we quote each project after a short scoping call, and we offer both hourly and fixed-price arrangements. Tell us what you're building and we'll give you a clear number.

Do you work hourly or fixed-price?

Both. For well-scoped projects we usually fix a price and timeline up front. For ongoing work, open-ended builds, or retainers, hourly tends to fit better. We'll recommend whichever is fairer for your situation during the scoping call.

What technologies do you build on?

Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL for most backends, Hotwire or JavaScript on the frontend, and Flutter for iOS and Android from one codebase. We deploy on AWS with Docker. We choose proven tools on purpose, so the system is still maintainable by another developer in three years — the stack serves the project, not the other way around.

Can you take over an app someone else built?

Yes, and we do it often. We start with a short paid review of the codebase: what's there, what's risky, and what it will take to move forward. You get that assessment in writing whether or not you continue with us — so you can make the call with real information instead of a sales pitch.

Can you integrate FBR / PRAL digital invoicing into our existing system?

Yes. We built our own FBR digital invoicing product, so we know IRIS, PRAL, IRN, QR codes, and all 28 tax scenarios (SN001–SN028) end to end. We can integrate that submission flow into your existing ERP or billing system, or build compliance from scratch under SRO 709(I)/2025.

How do we get started?

Book a call or send us a short brief from the Contact page. We'll spend 30 minutes understanding what you need, tell you honestly whether we're a good fit, and follow up with a written scope, timeline, and price.
