I'm the founder of 41Stack and the person who stays on your project from the first call to launch. I scope the work, design the architecture, write code alongside the team, and own what we ship. You won't be handed off to an account manager after signing — the person who quoted your project is the person building it.
What I take on
Scoping and architecture
I translate what you need into a written scope, a data model, and a delivery plan with real dates and a real price — before any production code is written.
Building the hard parts
Integrations, billing, multi-tenancy, compliance flows, and anything that has to be right the first time. I write these myself rather than delegating them.
Running it in production
Deployment, monitoring, performance, and the on-call reality of software people depend on. Our own products are live, so this isn't theory here.
Handover and documentation
Every engagement ends with a codebase, docs, and infrastructure another developer can pick up. No lock-in, and nothing that only works because I know where the bodies are.

Fbrly
FBR digital invoicing platform: real-time submission to FBR via IRIS and PRAL, a verified IRN and QR on every invoice, and all 28 tax scenarios (SN001–SN028), with stock and purchase orders built in. Built, launched, and operated in-house.
Postory
Retail point-of-sale and inventory platform: POS, stock tracking, product management, and daily sales reporting for multi-branch retail, all in the browser.
Channel Dispatch
Multi-channel e-commerce operations platform, in the mould of Linnworks: centralizes inventory, orders, purchase orders, and shipping across marketplaces, integrating live marketplace, AWS, and courier APIs.
EasyBooks
Bookkeeping platform for invoicing, expense tracking, and centralized financial records — built to cut manual reconciliation and keep accounts accessible in one place.
ShoppingList
Supplier stock-picking and procurement planning tool: merges buying lists with product performance reports, with supplier mapping, stock updates, and order tracking.
