Why 41Stack

Why teams hire us

A small, senior Rails team that ships. Here's what working with us actually gets you.

Deep Rails expertise

Rails is our main stack, not a side skill. We ship production Rails — including our own live SaaS products.

Competitive offshore rates

Pakistan-based, so you get senior full-stack work at a fraction of UK/US agency rates — without cutting quality.

Timezone overlap & English

Several hours of daily overlap with UK and EU working hours, and fluent English — so it feels like an in-house team.

We ship small and fast

A short cycle from scope to a first useful version. You use it, we adjust. No quarter-long black boxes.

Our work

SaaS products we've built with Rails

We don't just take client work — we ship and run our own Rails SaaS products. Here's proof we can build and operate software, not just demo it.

Questions

What does it cost to hire a Ruby on Rails developer through 41Stack?

Because we're based in Pakistan, you get senior full-stack Rails work at a fraction of typical UK or US agency rates, without a drop in quality. Pricing depends on scope — we quote each project after a short scoping call, and we offer both hourly and fixed-price arrangements. Tell us what you're building and we'll give you a clear number.

Why outsource Rails development to Pakistan?

You get senior engineers at competitive offshore rates, several hours of daily overlap with UK and EU working hours, and fluent English communication. We run our own live Rails SaaS products, so you're hiring a team that ships and operates real software — not just a body shop.

Do you work hourly or fixed-price?

Both. For well-scoped projects we usually fix a price and timeline up front. For ongoing work, open-ended builds, or retainers, hourly tends to fit better. We'll recommend whichever is fairer for your situation during the scoping call.

What's your Ruby on Rails experience?

Rails is our primary stack. We've built and run our own SaaS products on it — Fbrly (FBR digital invoicing with full IRIS/PRAL integration) and Postory (retail POS and inventory) — plus client integrations across Amazon SP-API, eBay, Shopify, and PRAL/FBR. We work across the full stack: data modeling, backend, APIs, frontend, and deployment.

Can you integrate FBR / PRAL digital invoicing into our existing system?

Yes. We built our own FBR digital invoicing product, so we know IRIS, PRAL, IRN, QR codes, and all 28 tax scenarios (SN001–SN028) end to end. We can integrate that submission flow into your existing ERP or billing system, or build compliance from scratch under SRO 709(I)/2025.

How do we get started?
